Services & Digital Assets We provide specialized AI-powered software assets, educational frameworks, and automation setups known as the Executive Orchestration System™ (including Titan CFO™ and Sophie REI™) designed for real estate investors. All deliverables are digital products provided as described on the checkout page or service agreement.

2. Payment & Refunds Payments are due in full before access to the system is granted. Due to the digital, proprietary, and customized nature of our AI Gems and knowledge bases, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing. We do not offer refunds once the digital assets have been delivered or accessed.

3. Client Responsibilities & Data Integrity Clients agree to provide accurate operational and financial data necessary for the AI tools to function. You acknowledge that the output quality of Titan CFO™ and Sophie REI™ is directly dependent on the accuracy of the data you input ("Garbage In, Garbage Out").

4. No Guarantee of Results While our systems are designed to model institutional standards, business and investment outcomes depend on multiple market factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue, funding approval, occupancy rates, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), or Equity Multiples. Past performance of the models does not guarantee future investment success.

5. Intellectual Property All algorithms, prompt engineering, knowledge base structures, and templates provided within the Executive Orchestration System™ remain the intellectual property of Vitality Advantage™. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these tools for your own business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the prompt logic for commercial resale.

6. Limitation of Liability Vitality Advantage™ shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or AI tools. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses due to investment decisions, data errors, software hallucinations, or operational failures.

7.
